Irish Red Ale - 5.3% ABV

An Irish Red ale base recipe with a little Centennial dry hop. Notes of toasted croissants, dark caramel, and a touch of sweet fruit on the balanced finish.

West Coast Lager - 6.1% ABV

A bright lager, flavors you would expect from a west coast beer including bright pine and citrus, a bracing finishing bitterness that marries with a cool, crisp lager note. An amalgamation of styles that we particularly enjoy!

Hazy IPA - 5.9% ABV

Barley, wheat and oats with a blend of your favorite hops that gives notes of mango, lychee, and candied citrus. This one has a residual sweetness that is balanced by the carbonation level and a touch of pine from the hops

Double Hazy IPA - 9.1% ABV

A hazy that has just a little more bite... notes of citrus groves, pine forests, and a touch of tropical paradise.

Helles Lager - 5.1% ABV

Crisp and drinkable lager.

Prickly Pear Gose - 4.2% ABV

Brewed with local PA malt from Double Eagle and copious amounts of wheat, this Gose was given a hefty dose of Prickly Pear Pureé and Sea Salt. The result is a delightfully tart, fruity and thirst-quenching beer with a vibrant color to admire as it disappears from your glass with each sip.

Fruited Kettle Sour - 4.3% ABV

Pouring a lovely reddish purple color, this puckering quaff is loaded with fruit flavor thanks to the addition of Dragonfruit, Passion fruit and blackberry puree at over 20 lbs per barrel.

Belgian Triple - 9.1% ABV

We used Belgian pilsner malt to craft this sturdy sipper. Initial sweetness gives way to peppery spice and complex yeast esters, followed by a slight alcohol presence and a moderately bitter, dry finish.

Blonde Ale - 5.0% ABV

We brewed this one up as an approachable drinker for all. Called a dirty blonde because of its foggy golden hue. A hint of fruitiness and malt on the nose, a touch of body in the mouthfeel, then a clean and dry finish... reminiscent of a familiar yellow can from the UK.

Doppelbock - 8.7% ABV (10oz)

A big, robust lager that is malty up front with a crisp finish and a balancing bitterness.

Dunkel Lager - 5.25% ABV

A traditional German amber lager, notes of toasted crusty bread and nice dry, crisp finish.

Extra Special Bitter - 5.0% ABV

Our take on a traditional English Ale that has both malt and hop notes with a smooth finish, typical of cask ales.

An off-dry cider with tons of fresh pineapple added during brewing to make it super-tasty. 6.9% ABV
